A dedicated leader, Crystal has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She plays a pivotal role in helping ensure Bay Ridge Private Wealth’s operations run efficiently and that clients receive timely, attentive service. She is also a critical stakeholder in the practice’s overall strategic planning both within the team and on behalf of the clients they serve.
After earning both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Virginia Tech, Crystal began her career in the financial services industry in 2003. Over her long career, she has held a variety of roles in operations, compliance, regional leadership and client support.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys an active life with her husband, Chuck, and their two teenagers, Ethan and Grace. A passionate sports fan, she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at local high school games or supporting her alma mater, Virginia Tech. She and her family love spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and exploring nature together. Crystal is also deeply involved in her community, volunteering with her local public school division, Habitat for Humanity, Operation D.A.P., and her church.
